01/ The Honest Diagnostic

If you've built a real business and it now runs you, this letter is for you.

You're not stuck at the start. You're stuck at the second compounding curve, the one nobody warns you about. The first decade rewarded grit, hours, and your ability to be in every room. The second decade punishes all three.

You're running $5M, $15M, $30M. The team has grown. The complexity has grown faster. The decisions you used to make in twenty minutes now take three weeks and a Slack thread. Revenue is flat. Margin is thinner than it should be. Every framework you buy starts to feel like the same framework with a different cover.

You don't need another course. You don't need another mastermind that puts you in a Zoom room with thirty people pretending to network. You need a small bench of operators who've been past where you are, who'll tell you the truth about the constraint, and who'll sit with you for twelve months while you build the operating system that compounds without you.

02/ The Shift

What changes in twelve months.

Before The Charter

The first compounding curve

  • × The company is you with a payroll attached.
  • × Revenue can't move past your personal hours.
  • × Strategy work gets pushed to weekends.
  • × Same five problems on a permanent rotation.
  • × No peer bench. Just YouTube and books.
After The Charter

The second curve

  • ✓ The company is a system you architect, not a job you work.
  • ✓ Revenue scales because the engine isn't you.
  • ✓ Mondays are strategy. The team handles Slack.
  • ✓ Problems get solved at the structural layer.
  • ✓ A small bench of thirteen operators on call.
03/ The Method

The Compound Method, in four moves.

MOVE 01

Diagnose

Quarterly we sit with your numbers: P&L, team, calendar. We name the one structural constraint, not the five tactical ones.

MOVE 02

Architect

Monthly working salon with the cohort. We design the system that removes the constraint. Notes captured, plans drafted, decisions made.

MOVE 03

Install

You install the system into your business with Voxer access between sessions for the inevitable judgment calls and rollback moments.

MOVE 04

Recalibrate

Next quarter we measure what compounded, what didn't, and where the new constraint moved to. The cycle restarts at a higher altitude.

04/ Outcomes

What twelve months produces.

01 /

A documented operating system

Your business runs on visible structure. The company stops being a memory exercise.

02 /

15-20 hours back per week

Measured against a baseline calendar audit, not against vibes.

03 /

A leadership team that owns outcomes

Direct reports stop bringing you problems and start bringing decisions with options.

04 /

Pricing built on transformation, not time

Margin doubles because you stop billing your worst-priced asset: your hours.

05 /

A 12-month revenue plan tied to capacity

You stop selling what you can't deliver without burning yourself or the team out.

06 /

The Compound bench, for life

Alumni access continues after the charter ends. Thirteen operators you can text in any decade.

05/ The Charter

08/ Included Extras

Two things nobody else throws in.

Extra Two

90 DAY HONEST EXIT

09/ FAQ

The questions every applicant asks.

Is this group coaching or 1:1?
Both, structured. Monthly salons are full cohort. Quarterly recalibration calls are private 1:1. Voxer is one-to-one with the lead partner. The combination is the point.
What revenue range is the charter built for?
$5M to roughly $50M ARR. Below $5M your bottleneck is usually distribution or offer, which is a different room. Above $50M you typically need a board, not a mastermind.
Is the charter really referral-only?
Functionally, yes. We accept direct applications but the conversation moves faster when a current or past member writes the intro. If you don't have one, write to us anyway and tell us where you'd be in the room.
Do you guarantee a revenue outcome?
No. Anyone who guarantees a specific revenue number in a mastermind is selling something else. We guarantee the work, the bench, and the 90-day honest exit if it isn't a fit.
How much time per month should I expect to spend on this?
One working salon day per month. Voxer is async. Two retreat days twice per year. Most members spend 2-3 hours per week implementing between sessions. The math is intentionally light - you have a business to run.
What if I'm not actually stuck, I just want to scale faster?
Then this is probably the wrong charter. The Compound is built for founders sitting at the second curve. If the company already compounds without you, your next move is governance, not coaching.
10/ Charter Closes

Six seats remain.

The 2026 charter caps at fourteen members. Eight seats filled in the priority round. Six seats remain for the public window, which closes once filled.
