Do you accept my insurance? +
We are in-network with Delta Dental, Aetna, MetLife, Cigna and Guardian, and we file out-of-network claims for almost every other major carrier. Tell us your plan when you book and we will pre-verify your benefits before your visit.
What if I haven't seen a dentist in years? +
Then you are exactly who this practice was built for. There is no lecture, no shame, no judgment. We start with the Welcome Visit, build a 12-month plan around what you actually want to fix, and pace everything to your comfort and budget.
Is the $99 Welcome Visit really all-in? +
Yes. The exam, x-rays, cleaning, polish, and 12-month care plan are all included for $99 with no hidden fees. If we spot something during the visit that needs extra treatment, we will quote it before any work begins.
Can you handle anxious or fearful patients? +
About a third of our patients describe themselves as dental-anxious. We offer nitrous, oral conscious and IV sedation, plus comfort tools like noise-cancelling headphones and weighted blankets. Tell us what scares you and we will plan around it.
Do you see kids? +
From age 2 up. We use a gentle first-visit script, let kids ride the chair, and never restrain a child. If your little one is not ready, we will book a short, no-treatment "meet and greet" first.
How far in advance do I need to book? +
For routine new-patient visits we are usually booking 5 to 10 days out. For dental emergencies, call before noon and we will see you the same afternoon.
