The Refreshed-Not-Frozen Promise

If, within 14 days of any treatment, you feel your result doesn't match the plan we agreed to in writing, we'll correct or dissolve at no charge. Tox/filler correction included.

I've had bad work before. Can you fix it?

Sometimes, yes — with hyaluronidase to dissolve overdone filler, time to let tox wear off, or a wait-and-watch plan. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. The first consult tells you exactly what's possible.

Are you only for women?

No. About 28% of Maven members are men — mostly 35-55, mostly tox + medical-grade skincare. Dr. Park trained on male anatomy specifically; the plan is built for your face, not a category.

What does this actually cost in a typical year?

Membership is $89/mo. Members spend an average of $2,400-$3,800/yr in treatments (member pricing). The plan you get at consult shows your line-item year before you book anything.

Why cap each injector at 8 clients a day?

Because rushed injection is the #1 reason results look "off." At 8 clients, every appointment has 60 minutes of real attention. Volume clinics see 18-25 because that's what the unit economics demand. We chose smaller on purpose.

Do you take insurance?

Aesthetic treatments aren't covered by insurance. We accept HSA/FSA for medical-grade skincare and certain medical-dermatology consults.

What if I cancel my consult?

No fee if cancelled at least 24 hrs ahead. Same-day no-shows are charged a $35 hold fee — this is what protects the 8-cap for everyone else.
