A bespoke cosmetic clinic

Refreshed. Never overdone.
Built around your face, on your timeline.

A boutique clinic where every plan begins with a 60-minute consult, ends in a six-month roadmap you sign, and never includes "you should think about your jawline." Eight clients per injector, per day. MD on premises.

Where the relationship breaks

You're not difficult. You were rushed.

Three things go wrong at most clinics. Recognise any of them and you already know why you've stopped trusting the chair.

01 — the frozen forehead

You went in for "refreshed." You came out unable to lift your brows.

The injector measured the unit count, not your face. You spent the next six weeks waiting for it to wear off.

02 — maintenance with no map

Nobody can tell you what's coming next, or what it'll cost.

Three months in, six months in, a year in. Just "see you in twelve weeks." That's not a plan. That's a subscription.

03 — the judged-at-consult feeling

The consult became a sales pitch in a white coat.

Five treatments suggested before anyone asked what was actually bothering you. You left feeling smaller than when you arrived.

The contrast

Two ways to spend the next twelve months in a med spa chair.

Volume clinics

22 clients a day. Whatever sticks.

  • 20-minute consult, treatment same day
  • Different injector every visit
  • Photos only if you remember to ask
  • Membership = pre-paid units, no roadmap
  • 12 months in: you've spent $5K and can't say what changed

The reactive loop.

NORA · the bespoke alternative

Eight clients. One face at a time.

  • 60-min first visit + 3D scan, no needles day one
  • Same injector + MD on every visit
  • Photos every 90 days, on the schedule
  • Six-month plan in writing before we touch you
  • 12 months in: you have a face you recognise — refreshed

The natural-results-first philosophy.

How NORA works

The natural-results-first philosophy — four moves we don't skip.

This is what we argued for during residency and what we cap our day around. It's why we'll never become the volume clinic across town.

Close-up of skin texture under clean clinical lighting
  1. 01

Diagnose the face, not the line

3D imaging + dermatology assessment first. We map what your face is actually doing. Half of "I hate my forehead lines" is really a brow-position conversation.

  2. 02

    Plan in seasons, not appointments

You leave consult with a six-month written roadmap: what we treat, what we wait on, what we never touch. Line-item cost before anything books.

  3. 03

    Cap the day at eight

Most injectors run 18-25 a day. We run 8. That's why we can spend forty minutes mixing a custom filler dilution instead of pushing you toward "while you're here."

  4. 04

    Photograph everything, quarterly

Same lighting. Same crops. Same camera. You see what's working, what isn't, and what the next 90 days should do. We bring the receipts, not the sales pitch.

What changes for you

The end of mirror-anxiety. The start of "did you do something?"

A

A face that ages on your terms

Plans run on a 5-year horizon, not 12-week sprints. You stop reacting. You start staying ahead.

B

Predictable monthly spend

Member pricing locks 12% off every service. Year-budget in your inbox the day you sign.

C

MD on premises, every visit

Dr. Park personally reviews every plan. Your injector is trained in her exact protocol — not someone she just met.

D

Receipts in photos

Quarterly side-by-sides. You walk out knowing what worked, what didn't, and what the next 90 days look like.

E

Skin that holds the weather

Medical-grade peels + IPL on a calendar. Texture, tone, pore size measured every 90 days.

F

A room you don't dread

Warm lighting. Wood. Linen. No fluorescent-tile sales-y showroom. You're a patient, not a transaction.

The NORA membership

One plan. One MD. Quarterly receipts.

Built for the 28-55 image-conscious crowd who's done with one-off injections. Open until we hit our quarterly cap.

Promises & common questions

The fine print, in your favour.

N

The Refreshed-Not-Frozen Promise

If, within 14 days of any treatment, you feel the result doesn't match the plan we agreed to in writing, we correct or dissolve at no charge. Tox/filler correction included.

This sits in the plan you sign at consult. Not in a footer.

I've had bad work before. Can NORA fix it?

Often, yes — hyaluronidase to dissolve overdone filler, time to let tox wear off, or a wait-and-watch plan. We won't promise anything we can't deliver. Your first consult tells you exactly what's possible.

Is NORA only for women?

No. About 28% of NORA members are men — mostly 35-55, mostly tox + medical-grade skincare. Dr. Park trained on male facial anatomy specifically.

What does this actually cost in a typical year?

Membership is $89/mo. Members spend an average of $2,400-$3,800/yr in treatments at member pricing. Your line-item year sits in your inbox before you book anything.

Why cap each injector at eight per day?

Because rushed injection is the #1 reason results look "off." At eight, every appointment gets 60 minutes of actual attention. Volume clinics need 18-25 because that's what their unit economics demand. We chose smaller on purpose.

Do you accept insurance?

Aesthetic treatments are not covered. We accept HSA/FSA for medical-grade skincare and certain medical-dermatology consults.

What if I cancel my consult?

No fee if cancelled 24 hrs ahead. Same-day no-shows are charged a $35 hold fee — this protects the eight-cap for everyone else on the schedule.
