Refreshed, never overdone.
An aesthetic practice built around your face, on your timeline.

02 — The diagnosis Where the relationship breaks

You're not difficult. You were rushed.

Three things go wrong at most clinics. Recognise any of them and you already know why you've stopped trusting the chair.

01 / Frozen forehead

You went in for "refreshed." You came out unable to lift your brows.

The injector measured a unit count, not your face. You spent the next six weeks waiting for it to wear off.

02 / The unmappped plan

Nobody can tell you what's coming next, or what it will cost.

Three months in, six months in, a year in. Just "see you in twelve weeks." That's not a plan. It's a subscription.

03 / The sales-pitch consult

The consultation became a sales meeting in a white coat.

Five treatments suggested before anyone asked what was actually bothering you. You left feeling smaller than when you arrived.

03 — The contrast Two clinics, twelve months

Two ways to spend the next year in a med spa chair.

Same face. Same budget. Two completely different relationships with the mirror.

A — Volume clinic

Twenty-two clients a day. Whatever sticks.

  • 20-minute consult, treatment same day
  • Different injector every visit
  • Photos only if you remember to ask
  • Membership = pre-paid units, no roadmap
  • 12 mo in — $5,000 spent. Can't say what changed.
The reactive loop
B — Maison Derm

Eight clients. One face. At a time.

  • 60-min consult + 3D skin scan, no needles day one
  • Same injector + supervising MD every visit
  • Quarterly photo review, calendared
  • Six-month plan in writing before we touch you
  • 12 mo in — a face you recognise, refreshed

04 — The method How Maison Derm works

The natural-results-first philosophy — in four moves we don't skip.

The protocol Dr. Park spent her dermatology residency arguing for. It's why we cap the day at eight, not twenty-two.

  1. 01 /

Diagnose the face, not the line

3D imaging + dermatology assessment first. We map what your face is doing. Half of "I hate my forehead lines" is really a conversation about brow position.

  2. 02 /

    Plan in seasons, not appointments

You leave the consult with a six-month written roadmap: what we treat, what we wait on, what we never touch. Line-item cost before anything books.

  3. 03 /

    Cap the day at eight

Most injectors run eighteen to twenty-five. We run eight. That's how Dr. Park spends forty minutes mixing a custom filler dilution — instead of suggesting "while you're here."

  4. 04 /

    Photograph everything, quarterly

Same lighting. Same crop. Same camera. You see what's working, what isn't, and what the next ninety days should do. We bring receipts, not a sales pitch.

05 — What changes Outcomes for the patient

The end of mirror-anxiety. The beginning of "did you do something?"

Six things our members say change in the first six months.

✓

A face that ages on your terms

Plans run on a five-year horizon, not 12-week sprints. You stop reacting. You start staying ahead.

✓

A budget you can actually plan

Member pricing locks 12% off every service. The year sits in your inbox before any treatment books.

✓

MD on premises, every visit

Dr. Park personally reviews every plan. Your injector trained in her exact protocol — not someone she just met.

✓

Receipts in photographs

Quarterly side-by-sides. You walk out knowing what worked, what didn't, and what the next ninety days do.

✓

Skin that holds the weather

Medical-grade peels and IPL on a calendar. Texture, tone, and pore size measured every ninety days.

✓

A room you don't dread

Linen. Wood. Warm light. No fluorescent-tile sales-y showroom. You are a patient, not a transaction.

07 — The membership Maison Derm

If "refreshed, never overdone" is the brief — meet us before June 30.

Consults are free. They take an hour. You leave with a six-month plan in writing, whether or not you ever come back.

09 — On record Members

The kind of refreshed that doesn't get noticed. That's the point.

Three letters from the member file.

10 — Included Two extras

The bits that make the plan actually work.

01 Bonus 01 / Skincare

$240 value · included
02 Bonus 02 / Journal

11 — Promises The fine print

In your favour.

The promise we sign at consult. And the questions we get most.

M

The Refreshed-Not-Overdone Promise

If, within fourteen days of any treatment, you feel the result doesn't match the plan we agreed to in writing, we correct or dissolve at no charge. Tox and filler correction included.

In the plan you sign · not in a footer

I've had bad work before. Can Maison fix it?

Often, yes — hyaluronidase to dissolve overdone filler, time to let tox wear off, or a wait-and-watch plan. We won't promise anything we can't deliver. The first consult tells you exactly what's possible.

Is Maison only for women?

No. About 28% of Maison members are men — mostly 35-55, mostly tox and medical-grade skincare. Dr. Park trained on male facial anatomy specifically.

What does this actually cost in a typical year?

Membership is $89/mo. Members spend an average of $2,400-$3,800/yr in treatments at member pricing. Your line-item year sits in your inbox before you book a thing.

Why cap the day at eight per injector?

Because rushed injection is the #1 reason results look "off." At eight, every appointment gets 60 minutes of real attention. Volume clinics see 18-25 because that's what their unit economics demand. We chose smaller on purpose.

Do you accept insurance?

Aesthetic treatments are not covered. We accept HSA/FSA for medical-grade skincare and certain medical-dermatology consults.

What if I need to cancel my consult?

No fee if cancelled at least 24 hrs ahead. Same-day no-shows are charged a $35 hold fee — this protects the eight-cap for everyone else on the schedule.
