A small downtown clinic where the brief is "look like yourself, rested." Plans in writing. Eight clients per injector. An MD who measures twice.
Three things go wrong at most clinics. Recognise any of them and you already know why you've stopped trusting the chair.
The injector measured a unit count, not your face. You spent the next six weeks waiting for it to wear off.
Three months in, six months in, a year in. Just "see you in twelve weeks." That's not a plan. It's a subscription.
Five treatments suggested before anyone asked what was actually bothering you. You left feeling smaller than when you arrived.
Same face. Same budget. Two completely different relationships with the mirror.
The protocol Dr. Park spent her dermatology residency arguing for. It's why we cap the day at eight, not twenty-two.

3D imaging + dermatology assessment first. We map what your face is doing. Half of "I hate my forehead lines" is really a conversation about brow position.
You leave the consult with a six-month written roadmap: what we treat, what we wait on, what we never touch. Line-item cost before anything books.
Most injectors run eighteen to twenty-five. We run eight. That's how Dr. Park spends forty minutes mixing a custom filler dilution — instead of suggesting "while you're here."
Same lighting. Same crop. Same camera. You see what's working, what isn't, and what the next ninety days should do. We bring receipts, not a sales pitch.
Six things our members say change in the first six months.
Plans run on a five-year horizon, not 12-week sprints. You stop reacting. You start staying ahead.
Member pricing locks 12% off every service. The year sits in your inbox before any treatment books.
Dr. Park personally reviews every plan. Your injector trained in her exact protocol — not someone she just met.
Quarterly side-by-sides. You walk out knowing what worked, what didn't, and what the next ninety days do.
Medical-grade peels and IPL on a calendar. Texture, tone, and pore size measured every ninety days.
Linen. Wood. Warm light. No fluorescent-tile sales-y showroom. You are a patient, not a transaction.
Every pair below is a Maison Derm member who agreed to share. Same lighting. Same crop. No filters. Plans were personalised — yours will be too.
N.B. — Individual results vary. All photographs shared with written consent. Plans personalised per member.
Built for the twenty-eight to fifty-five image-conscious set who's done with one-off injections. Open until we hit our quarterly cap.

Three letters from the member file.
"I came in after three years at a chain spa where I never met the same person twice. Six months at Maison Derm and I look like me, just rested. My husband couldn't tell I'd had anything done. That was the brief."
"First consult that wasn't a sales pitch. I didn't book a thing — and they thanked me for coming."
"Quarterly photos are the part I didn't know I needed. I can see what's working instead of guessing."
Six medical-grade products matched to your six-month plan. No markup. You pay our cost. Replenishment auto-ships at the prescribed dose.
A 90-day photo timeline you can scroll on your phone. Year stitched together in four frames. Helpful for you. Awkward for the next injector who tries to sell you something you don't need.
The promise we sign at consult. And the questions we get most.
If, within fourteen days of any treatment, you feel the result doesn't match the plan we agreed to in writing, we correct or dissolve at no charge. Tox and filler correction included.
In the plan you sign · not in a footer
Often, yes — hyaluronidase to dissolve overdone filler, time to let tox wear off, or a wait-and-watch plan. We won't promise anything we can't deliver. The first consult tells you exactly what's possible.
No. About 28% of Maison members are men — mostly 35-55, mostly tox and medical-grade skincare. Dr. Park trained on male facial anatomy specifically.
Membership is $89/mo. Members spend an average of $2,400-$3,800/yr in treatments at member pricing. Your line-item year sits in your inbox before you book a thing.
Because rushed injection is the #1 reason results look "off." At eight, every appointment gets 60 minutes of real attention. Volume clinics see 18-25 because that's what their unit economics demand. We chose smaller on purpose.
Aesthetic treatments are not covered. We accept HSA/FSA for medical-grade skincare and certain medical-dermatology consults.
No fee if cancelled at least 24 hrs ahead. Same-day no-shows are charged a $35 hold fee — this protects the eight-cap for everyone else on the schedule.
